The LIBAIK waterproof socket box range provides protective covers for compatible wall switches and sockets. It gives distributors, importers and project buyers a choice of box sizes, lid depths and installation styles for areas where exposed wall accessories need an additional cover. Select the exact model according to the wall plate, plug clearance and required IP rating.
Available formats:
Selected 86, 120 and 146 formats | Single- and multi-position designs
Design options:
Surface or flush mounting | Standard or raised lids | Transparent, transparent black or white options
Supply options:
Wholesale distribution | Project supply | OEM enquiries
For wall plate compatibility: Different openings and fixing positions accommodate different switch and socket layouts. Match the actual faceplate and fixing centres to the chosen box; an 86, 120 or 146 label alone does not guarantee fit.
For new-build and retrofit work: Surface-mounted versions suit installations with exposed wall-mounted accessories, while flush-mounted versions provide a closer fit around recessed accessories. Selected screw-fixed and adhesive designs offer further installation choices.
For splash-prone locations: A hinged cover helps shield a compatible wall switch or socket from incidental splashes and dust. Selected models can serve as weatherproof socket covers when their documented IP rating is appropriate for the location. Protection can change with the lid open or a plug connected, so confirm the rating conditions before specifying a model for outdoor exposure.
For larger plugs and controlled access: Raised versions provide extra space for bulkier plugs, while selected lockable versions help prevent casual opening. Transparent covers keep the installed accessory visible; transparent black and white choices offer alternative finishes.
For wholesale and project supply: Buyers can select a consistent combination of size, mounting style, lid depth and colour across a project. Approving a sample with the actual switch or socket helps avoid fit and clearance problems during installation.
